Public involvement:

Strategic Planning

One of the biggest benefits that I can bring is a clear strategy for your outreach approach. By examining who you are trying to reach with quantitative data (Census data, web analytics, and school data) and qualitative data (interviews, surveys, public events). With a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a focus on Community Development I bring a unique perspective to research and planning.

Facilitation and Events

I’ve facilitated advisory committees, public workshops, design charrettes, and internal policy meetings. My main goal is to serve my clients and the greater community by respecting everyone’s time with well run and efficient meetings that are results oriented. I can also help you plan and implement events to reach out to your community, from small meetings to large community forums to information booths.

Writing and Design

I can help you craft a powerful message to connect with your community. Utilizing print materials, websites, press releases and social media, I focus on telling your story in a graphically compelling way.

Environmental Justice

I am deeply committed to reaching historically under-served populations. This is accomplished through careful relationship building with local community leaders and relying on my analytical background to write Environmental Justice reports for Environmental Impact Statements.

Email Strategy

I can help you build and engage with your community via email, through newsletters and campaigns. As one of the oldest online engagement tools, emails can be forgotten in the latest new tech offering. However, I can help you utilize your existing list to connect with your existing community and even expand your reach.
